WHAT'S IN MY BAG: TRAVEL EDIT Part 2

28 November 2014

Remember my other post - Link! - well I've changed my mind again! By the time you are reading this I am already in the cruise and here's my new what's in my bag - Travel Edit.

ps. I wrote this post after I've packed everything in and I was too tired to get it to check the names. So if you see shade names like "brownish" then you know why.

My pile of shizz.

Ok, roll your eyes again... it still look a lot but trust me this is super scaled down. I've taken into account the makeup looks for night time. Apparently there are 3 formal dinner, 3 semi-formal and 6 casual which means I can have different makeup looks every night depending on my mood.

All these items are tried and tested and will work together which ever I use. So really, as shallow as it seems, the whole dynamics of these products were well thought of.

FACE

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer (Medium) - this is a current favourite.

UD NAKED Palette 1 - I figured I just need 1 palette really and this has all the shades I need for all the outfits that I am bringing.

UD NAKED HD Foundation (7.5)  - this is a shade darker than my usual one in preparation for my potential sunkissed skin.

Bobbi Brown (Medium-Dark) - my daytime foundation for the entire trip.

Physician Formula Youth Boosting Powder - my favourite finishing powder to get that glow without the glitter all over the face. I totally forgot how beautiful this makes my skin look and I want to be reminded every single day during this holiday.

Revlon Nearly Naked Mineral Powder - this make my skin look dewy and healthy.

Bare Minerals Mineral Veil - this is a versatile setting powder that doesn't make my foundation look ashy.

---------

CHEEKS

MAC Mineralised Skinfinish in So Ceylon - This works really well when I get more tanned in summer. It has that rosy-glow that I love so much.

MAC Ripe for Love - love love love this shade on a tanned skin.

UD NAKED Flushed - it's always handy to have this me thinks.

------

EYES
These are my must-haves. All of these products stay put for hours and no panda eyes ever.

AUSTRALIS OH HAI BROW Kit - hands down. love of my eyebrows.

L'oreal Telescopic Mascara - this is my current one but I brought a new one just in case.

UD 24/7 Liners - Zero and the brownish one.

L'oreal Infallible Liner in Black - this stays put better then the glide liners.

------

LIPS
The lipsticks I brought with me are a variation of nudes, pinks and a red. I just couldn't decide what looks to go for so we'll see.

Buxom Lipgloss - nude-pink one.

NYX Matte Lip Cream in Sao Paulo

L'Oreal Infallible in Ravishing Red

L'Oreal Infallible in Forever Frappe

L'Oreal Infallible in Eternal Rose

Bobbi Brown lipstick in Tulle

Essence long lasting lipstick in Coral Calling

Phew!
That's it. I didn't change my mind at all. I'll show you photos of the makeup looks I came up with when I get back because I am not really sure how much blogging I can do while on the cruise and after all it's my honeymoon. Wink Wink.
