I saw a makeup look on Instagram a few weeks back - (Link!). It was clean, simple and almost bare but it look so sophisticated. There were less of everything and still it looked done up and absolutely gorgeous.

That's what inspired me today. I wanted minimal yet polished look and I wanted to use drugstore makeup so it's in everyone's budget.

 Rimmel Stay Matte (Translucent)
Maybelline MasterShape Brow pencil (Soft Brown)
Maybelling FitMe Concealer (Medium)
Savvy Classic Blush (Rose)
L'Oreal Infallible Lipstick (Eternal Rose)
L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara

I have to do a special mention on Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. Bloggers and Vloggers have sang praises for this concealer. They ditched their expensive ones for this. I on the other hand ignored it. I hated the colour selection that we have here in Australia so I dismissed the range all together. Lo and behold, I bought it last weekend and my goodness me - I am inlove with it. It is one of the better drugstore concealers out there (if not the best). It blends well. It's amazing as an undereye concealer (way better than MAC Select Cover-up) and it's heck cheap! I am seriously converted. This is now a new favourite. I need less when I have this on and I look awake.

L'Oreal Eternal Rose has been in my collection for quite some time now but I am only learning to love it now. If you own MAC Syrup then this is very similar shade but I prefer this as it's less pearlescent and more rosey-plum.

I am seriously loving this look. I can wear this everyday for sure. I just need to do something with my hair now. I am tired of putting it up in a ponytail!! #firstworldproblems

Hope you didn't get too much Mondayitis!

Speak to you soon xx
